1. Note down every task in a notebook. When you write everything you realize that most of them need not do, so you save a lot of time by ignoring unproductive task.
2. Segregate all tasks on the level of priority .short out all task so you get important task to give preferences.
3. Do at least one unpleasant task every =day it will reduce Burdon of to do list on your mind.
4. Divide important task in to small steps. It will help you to perform task in easy way and progressive way, it like divide and rule policy so you can apply on big task to rule them and control them. It will reduce the stress of big task.
5. List for tomorrow, when you do it before sleeping your subconscious mind prepares planning for implement those task before wake up.
6. 5 minutes don’t waste, we always waste lots of time saying 5 minutes break which is horrible it became 50 minutes breaks
7. Spare time for unplanned task , when you do unplanned d task it help to manage stress of having Burdon of work on the mind

Tidiness – keep the things at right place so when you need them you don’t need to spare time for searching them i.e bunch of keys or some important note, in the same way mental tidiness is also to be maintaining since unnecessary task which are roaming in mind slows down working capacity of mind. 9. Reduce violet screen watching.. if we reduce watching TV, mobile and computer only 1 hour a day so we can save 2 and half years after age of 50, violet screen consumes lots of time of our daya to day life so we can save time by reducing it,
10. Hire people, get job done by other, if you get job done by other automatically you save that time. All big bosses and influence people get their job done by other and they enjoy saving time by this, they go for long vacation and enjoy clubs by using that time to quality time and thinking about more progressive work.
